Once owned by HRH The Queen and Sandringham Estate, we first viewed this cottage in 2020; it hadn’t been modernised for decades but it wasn’t hard to fall in love with this period property and the idyllic location. It is a very special place.

Drawing inspiration from the rural setting of The Workers Cottage, Jolene has crafted a quietly sophisticated home that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its landscape. The result is a residence defined by calm, proportion, and an intuitive sense of place.
Through her company, Landed Projects, Jolene offers clients a comprehensive service to develop their property portfolios, providing bespoke project management and interior design services.
