A restored 19th-century cottage is tucked away on a quiet lane and is the perfect place to escape, relax, and unwind – whether you’re planning a romantic hideaway, a friends’ weekend retreat, a half-term holiday, or a family-friendly break. We place the personal touch at the heart of every stay, helping you make the most of your time here.
Every care has been taken to protect and restore the cottage’s character. Timeless interiors and carefully curated details are paired with modern comforts including underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, Nest heating control, a Smart TV, and high-pressure rain showers.
The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and is ideally located just a two-minute walk from the local store and delicatessen café, with the North Norfolk coast only a 15-minute drive away.
Outside, you’ll find a unique outdoor bath cabin for truly memorable soaks under the Norfolk skies, along with a garden log burner for cosy evenings outdoors. Inside, there’s also a wood-burning stove – perfect for curling up after a day at the coast. Well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

bootroom and wcEntering through the bootroom you will find room for coats, hats, wellingtons, and a washer/dryer hidden behind a utility cupboard. A large Belfast sink with beautifully aged brass taps from Devol provides the perfect spot to freshen up hands or arrange flowers into one of the many vintage stoneware pots and vases on display. Tucked behind another door in the bootroom is the downstairs WC.

kitchen/dining spaceMoving through here takes you to the kitchen/dining space. This is a spacious, bright room painted in chalky tones with an original exposed flint wall. The shaker-style hand-painted kitchen houses all the essential modern conveniences you need.
